If so, join us at any of the six Exploring Majors Fairs this semester to discuss your interests with faculty and staff from over 40 departments, career advisors from the Pomerantz Career Center, and academic advisors from the Academic Advising Center.

School of Journalism & Mass Communication (SJMC) Open House

The School of Journalism & Mass Communication  (SJMC) would like to invite all current and prospective SJMC majors to the 1st Annual Undergraduate Open House on Thursday, September 19th from 3:00p-4:30p on 1st floor in the Adler Journalism Building.

 

The Open House allows SJMC majors or those interested in majoring in Journalism/Public Relations/Media/Communications an opportunity to see the resources available to them at The University of Iowa.

Fall 2013 Engineering Career Fair

Each year the College of Engineering holds two career fairs, one in late September and another in early February. This is a great way for students to meet 70-100 engineering, manufacturing, consulting and governmental organizations to discuss full-time, co-op and internship opportunities in the areas of Biomedical, Chemical, Civil & Environmental, Electrical & Computer, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.

Fall 2013- Job & Internship Fair

Students – get ready for the Fall Job and Internship Fair on Thursday, September 26th. Currently 130 employers have registered for the event. Study Abroad Fair

We'll be holding a study abroad fair on Tuesday, September 17, 11-3, on the 2nd floor in the University Capitol Centre. A $500 door prize good toward study abroad will be given away. Take a look at this video to learn more!

BSN Information Session

Students interested in applying to the College of Nursing will be able to attend this session and learn about how to earn Competitive Admission to our program. The information session will be held Wed, 10/16/2013 at 5:00pm W128 CB
